Dear Contractors,
Thank you, as always, for your support, feedback, and passion for ExfilZone.
We originally planned to launch this wipe update on April 23, but after last weekend’s creator early access, we saw strong feedback and encouraging content performance. Because of that, we decided to move the update forward to April 21 today.
We want to get the newest version of ExfilZone into your hands as soon as possible, start hearing directly from more players, and continue improving the experience with your feedback.
Here are some of the biggest highlights in this wipe update:
PvE Mode
One of the most requested features is finally here.
PvE is now officially coming to ExfilZone, but this is not simply PvP with the multiplayer removed. This mode has been designed to offer a different kind of experience, with its own pacing, pressure, and progression.
There are two difficulty settings: Casual and Standard. Standard mode puts AI PMCs on the map alongside regular scavs, turning up the pressure and making each raid feel more unpredictable.Â
You can jump in solo or play in a 3-player squad, and PvE progression is separated from PvP, which means you can enjoy the mode without the pressure of wipes affecting that experience.
New DLC
If you want to jump into solo PvE, it is completely free. If you want to play PvE with a squad, only the team leader needs to own the DLC. They can create the squad and bring the rest of the team in, so your whole group can play together through that one purchase.
The DLC is also not just about squad PvE access. It will include additional character skins that apply to both PvE and PvP.Â

AI Upgrade

This is one of the biggest upgrades the team has spent time and effort building and tuning.

Many of you already got an early taste of this from the Elite Scavs introduced in the pre-wipe update on April 9, but that was only the beginning. This wipe pushes AI behavior much further across the game.
Scavs will feel smarter, more reactive, and more threatening in combat, and this upgrade also extends to AI PMCs. The goal is to make encounters more dynamic, more intense, and more rewarding, while continuing to tune and improve the system over time based on your feedback.
Economy System Overhaul
This wipe also brings a major overhaul to ExfilZone’s economy system, with the goal of creating a healthier and more rewarding loop between looting, spending, and progression. Higher-risk runs now come with higher rewards, and item values across the economy have been adjusted to create a better overall balance.
Armor, helmets, and other protective gear looted from scavs may also come with varying durability damage, affecting both durability and protection level. We have also improved backend systems to better prevent item duplication issues and help keep the economy more stable and fair.
Dynamic Weather System

Fog and rain can now roll in and completely change how you play. Visibility shifts, positioning matters more, and each run can feel very different depending on the conditions.
It is not just a visual atmosphere. It changes the flow of combat and forces players to adapt from raid to raid.
Dog Tags

Appreciate your previous feedback on the design. We totally hear you.Â
Now you can take down other players and collect their tags, which will not just be for show. This system gives fights more purpose and adds another layer of value to each raid.
HQ HUGE Upgrade

The entire second floor has been removed, and all vendors have now been moved down to the first floor. The result is a much cleaner and more practical layout, so you can get where you need to go faster without constantly running back and forth.

Equipment Vouchers are now being added. You can claim a full preset loadout for a raid, so instead of building everything piece by piece, you can jump in much faster with a ready-made set.
Johnny has expanded his services, including the new Restock feature for more stable replenishment. He now sells a set of random items based on the category of your requests.

On top of that, we have also added Equipment Skin Customization, which makes equipment skins much easier to swap. Customizing your loadout is now more direct and much more convenient.
And finally, if there is any item you do not want to keep, you can sell in kiosks directly, making inventory management more efficient and reducing unnecessary extra steps.
Daily Sign-In Event
To celebrate the update, we are also adding a daily sign-in event for the first 20 days.
Through this event, you can earn different Gear Vouchers and even unlock a limited character skin that is only available through daily sign-ins. The more days you check in, the more rewards you can stack up over time.
This event will only be available during the first 20 days after launch, so make sure you do not miss it.
New Equipment
This wipe also introduces new helmets and armor options, giving players more variety in how they build and prepare for raids. These additions are meant to create more meaningful choices between protection, mobility, and overall kit value.

Optimizations, Adjustments, and Bug Fixes
This wipe also includes a range of balance changes aimed at making progression and the loot economy feel more consistent. Shop stock and prices for gear and ammunition have been adjusted, some unlock requirements have been updated, and Secure Containers can no longer store keys or grenades.
We have also refined key combat systems such as helmet protection, armor behavior, and penetration balance, while fixing crashes, improving performance in certain areas, and polishing map and visual details across the game.

We know that stability and consistency matter just as much as new content, so we will continue monitoring feedback closely after launch and keep improving the experience.
This wipe is a major step forward for ExfilZone, and we are excited to finally put it in your hands. Thank you again for your continued support.
