Terms of Service | Contractors

In consideration of participating in the closed alpha & beta test of the video game owned and hosted by Caveman Technologies Limited ("Game"), the Parties hereby agree to the following:

1. Confidentiality:

Tester agrees to keep all information about the Game confidential.

This includes gameplay details and any related materials shared during the alpha & beta test.

2. Limited Disclosure:

Tester may discuss their general impressions of the Game and share non-confidential information with friends and gaming communities. However, Tester shall not share specific gameplay details or screenshots that reveal game content.

3. Non-Disclosure Period:

Tester's obligation to maintain confidentiality shall continue for a period of six (6) months from the Effective Date.

By agreeing to this Terms of Service, the tester confirms that he or she is of legal age to be responsible in the jurisdiction where he or she resides and acknowledges his or her commitment to respecting the confidentiality of the Game's content during and after the alpha & beta test.
