Security Incident Notice

This notice is being shared as a follow-up and clarification regarding a previously identified security incident that has already been resolved.

We recently detected unauthorized access to a limited portion of our cloud-based server infrastructure on January 15th. Upon discovery, we immediately took action to contain and secure the affected systems, initiated an internal investigation, and implemented additional technical and operational safeguards. The issue has been addressed, and the affected environment has been secured.

Based on our investigation to date:

• We do not store personal, sensitive, or real-world identifying information (such as names, email addresses, physical addresses, or payment information) in the affected systems.

• Our review indicates that no personal or sensitive user information was accessed or compromised.

• Certain non-personal, game-related data may have been accessed.

• At this time, we have no evidence of unauthorized use, disclosure, or misuse of any data.

Game services remain operational, and no action is required from users at this time.

We take the security of our systems seriously and have devoted significant effort and resources to securing the issue and strengthening our overall security posture, including enhanced monitoring, access controls, and review procedures.

This notice is provided in the interest of transparency and does not reflect a determination that personal data was compromised. Our investigation is ongoing, and we will provide updates if additional material information becomes available.
